The Building Inspections Division is responsible for reviews, inspections, and approvals for all construction activities in Garden City, Holcomb and Finney County. As a Division of Neighborhood & Development Services the goals and objectives are to protect the public health and safety for the community by enforcing the adopted building codes and ordinances to ensure that buildings, structures, and building service equipment are constructed or installed according to the minimum standards outlined in the adopted building code.
